Each stand for Hitachi, VicGrid and Solar Victoria combined striking design with functional layouts that encouraged interaction and showcased innovation.

Creative Hire was entrusted by Leader Associates to build the co-located Australia Wind Energy (AuWE2025) featuring over 120 exhibitors and attracted more than 8,000 attendees over 40 countries. What sustainable practices does Creative Hire implement to reduce environmental impact across event environments?

Creative Hire prioritises the use of modular aluminium framing systems, which are reusable across multiple events and significantly reduce single-use construction materials.

Wherever possible, we design stands using hire furniture and reusable components to minimise waste and extend product lifecycle. We design stands with longevity in mind, allowing structures and graphics to be reused where possible. After each show, we manage bump-out responsibly and recycle fabric graphics through specialised programs to minimise landfill and environmental impact.
